Chalom Center exists as an arm of Valor Christian Academy, a 501c3 non-profit organization that has existed since 2013. Valor operated as a missional spirit-led Christian school in Omaha, Nebraska from 2014-2019 founded by Rachel Baxter with the help of many others.
Valor owns and operates a ministry building of missionaries living in community in Greenwood, Nebraska since 2016 in partnership with One Whole Heart Ministry.
The Articles of Valor were restated in 2024 to include and support the mission of Chalom for the establishment of a Kingdom Homestead.
